Sheridan Bovell  - designer and owner of One Trick Pony

With a love for designing beautiful gowns right from the time she was little, She was     fortunate to have an incredibly talented mother who is a seamstress, Sheridan has always sketched the designs and her mother creates them.

Evelyn Bovell - Head Seamstress

At the young age of 15 Evelyn bought her first sewing machine and started creating garments and has never stopped. Sewing has always been passion and her abilities and skills when it comes to dressmaking are second to none. With 40+ years experience in Bridal and Evening wear she is the backbone to One Trick Pony.
In 2011 she relocated from her home town Horsham to Ballarat to help her daughter (Sheridan) start a dress design business. Once the business was on its feet Evelyn moved back to Horsham but still continues to sew for the business.



Karen Whykes - Seamstress

Karen has worked as a dressmaker for 40+ years.
In her earlier days she also worked at Lucas, in Ballarat.
In mid 2000's she also worked at Ballarat's Sovereign Hill tailoring the Victorian garments. She has been part of the One Trick Pony team since the beginning. Her attention to detail and abilities on the machines make her an integral part of the team.




 


Keishia Bovell - Model

Keeping it all in the family, Keishia is not only Sheridan's sister she is also a model for One Trick Pony.
Her measurements are -

Mark Hudson (of M&K Weddings) - Photographer

Mark first studied photography more than twenty years ago in the USA, where he focused on black and white film photography.  These days, Mark divides his time between his twin passions of photography and videography, He is a highly experienced wedding photographer with exceptional skill in editing  to create engaging, beautiful images which capture the story and experience of the day.
Sheridan and Mark share a friendship of nearly decade. They have always loved creating beautiful photographs together! They creativity shows in the photographs displayed in the One Trick Pony look books.
