ordering, payments, deposits, refund, returns, change of mind


ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Payments for dresses can be made via bank deposit or cash in person
Orders can be made online by sending an email with the name of the item you would like, size and colour required I will then email back to confirm the details and will then send the invoice with payment details

Once payment is received your order may take from 4-6 weeks to be completed depending on previous orders/workload
If you require your dress to be made by a certain date please let me know at the time of order
so I am able to advise if we are able make it in time.

WEDDINGS - please allow minimum 12 weeks for bridal


FOR CUSTOM MADE TO FIT DRESSES PLEASE ADD ADDITIONAL 3 - 4 WEEKS TO ALLOW FOR FITTINGS AND ALTERATIONS


DEPOSITS

Orders made in person..

A 50% deposit is required on all orders at the time of order being placed before your items will be started
This deposit amount in not refundable if you change your mind if costs have already occurred
eg. if your particular fabrics and other items required to make your item have been bought by myself before you change your mind then monies used for these purchases will not be refundable


Orders via internet..

Full payment is required up front for your order to be started.

Same conditions apply as for orders made in person, if the order is cancelled before the dress
is complete and sent out a fee (if costs have occurred) is not refundable



RETURNS AND REFUNDS

After your dress is made and you have made payment unfortunately there is no refund on a change of mind.
This means if you no longer like the colour, style, length etc.

So please chose carefully at the time of order and if there is anything you want changed
please let us know at the time of first fitting if there is something you want changed

If you are unhappy with your item and you deem it not as you hoped I am happy to have your dress altered
Please bear in mind that if alterations are made as a change of preference on your behalf, cost may occur eg change of hem, alter shape, etc. However if the alterations are required as the dress does not fit
(due to weight gain, weight loss, pregnancy etc then we can offer alterations at buyers own expense (*conditions apply)
