TO PLACE AN ORDER
One Trick Pony offers two options when ordering a gown.
You may order online or you may visit the One Trick Pony showroom in Ballarat to have your dress custom made to fit.
Ordering on online.
To order online please email sheridan@onetrickponyclothing.com or use the contact form below
Please include the following details in your inquiry -
* Your Name
* Date of Event
* The style/dress item name you would like
* Number of dresses required
After sending your email, we will get in touch with you to work out the details of your order. We can provide fabric samples and measurements charts to assist with your order.
When ordering online you have the option of having the dress made to a standard dress size or you can have the dress made to your measurements (as provided by you) at no extra cost.
You also have the option of customising your design, eg, add straps, changed or add embellishment etc (however this will sometimes occur additional expense)
Please note - Online dress prices are DRESS ONLY. These prices do not include any alterations or fittings.
If you wish to have the dresses custom made to fit you will need to come into the One Trick Pony showroom and through a series of fittings the dress can be tailored for a customised fit. However please be advised there is additional fees for this service.
(The number of fittings varies from dress to dress but on average between 1-3 fittings are usually required)
Turn around for online orders is approximately 6-8 weeks depending on current working load, number of dresses required and peak season.
Custom made to fit gowns
While our online service does offer you the option of sending in your measurements to have your dress made to your size, the custom made to fit option is the next level of service.
For custom made to fit, you are able to visit the One Trick Pony showroom and have your measurements taken.
Once your dress is ready you will come back into to have your dress fitted, any alterations that are needed will be done in house.
Custom made to fit does occur additional expense.
